Teleprompter.com does one job and does it well. Its voice-activated scrolling follows your voice, pauses when you pause and picks up where you left off. You can also scroll at a fixed speed, by time or by words per minute.
It is available on iPhone, iPad, Android, Mac and the web, with remote control from another device, an Apple Watch, a Bluetooth keyboard or a game controller, and it works offline. Scripts sync from Google Drive, Dropbox and iCloud, and you can import TXT, Word and PDF files.
